About HELP Foundation:

HELP Foundation originally was established to bring life skills and healing to victims of domestic violence. Help acronym for healing emotionally living productively. The foundation has evolved since the early 2000’s into the ministry involved with helping underserved individuals reach their goals, dreams, and God-given potential in the arena of economic commerce.

About Rebecca:

Rebecca Fisher, SRA has been a full time appraiser since 1986 having practiced in Texas, Arkansas and Florida.  Certified in 1991 during the first round of State Licensing, she also holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.  She has served her professional association as a state chapter board member, Candidate Guidance Chair, Admissions Chair, Chapter President, Regional Director and Regional Minority Outreach Committee Member.  During her professional tenure, she has held realtors licenses in Arkansas and Texas, Appraisal Certifications in Arkansas and Florida, Insurance license and a Mortgage Loan Officers License.

Ms. Fisher has also been very active within her community as a volunteer, an advocate and organizer for the rights of children and victims of domestic violence.   A spokesperson for The National Coalition against Domestic Violence and CASA-Court Appointed Special Advocates, Rebecca has donated countless hours tirelessly speaking out on behalf of those in need of a voice.  She founded the HELP! Foundation in 2002, and wrote a workbook and seminar called HELP! Healing Emotionally; Living Productively to aid victims in the healing process.

She was appointed to the Review Rules Taskforce in 2013 by the Florida Appraisal Board to assist in the Review Rules writing project.

She has receive several awards for her community services= including four gubernatorial proclamations,  an entry into the 2003 Congressional Record, numerous endorsements and was awarded the Faith and Courage Award in 2004 for changing her one small voice into a megaphone for victim rights and family protection while serving as Mrs. Arkansas International 2003.

From Rebecca:

I have received an Entrepreneurial Certification and learned how to write and administer government grants.  I am currently involved with the Collier County Veteran’s Counsel and nearing completion of a $20M Veteran’s Housing Grant Project.

I have also received a second appraisal designation, the AI-RRS which is an advanced Appraisal Review designation.  I already had an SRA, which is an advanced Appraiser designation, similar to going from an accountant to a CPA.

I was Mrs. Arkansas Globe 2001 and was in the top 10 at the National Globe Pageant held in Palm Springs CA

I was Mrs. Arkansas International 2003 and was named in the top 15 at the International (national) Pageant in Pigeon Forge, TN.

And finally Mrs. Arkansas International Christian World 2005 and was 1st runner-up at the Christian World Pageant in MN.

I have had the privilege of traveling throughout the SE United States ministering to women and representing the interests of DV Survivors as a National Spokesperson.

I have received 5 gubernatorial proclamations and endorsements.  A National Register entry for my work representing victims and survivors of DV.  The Faith and Courage Award from AR Attorney General Mike Beebe in 2004.  In 2004 appeared before a joint task force of the AR legislature to speak on Homelessness and Domestic Violence, and released the Family Violence Stamp alongside AR Postmaster General in 2003.
